With a background in B2B sales, operations, and direct experience as part of the teams he now serves, Scott founded Censeo Marketing to fill the gap he saw holding local businesses back from their true potential.
Why I Started Censeo Marketing
Scott’s lightbulb moment came at a local heating & plumbing company. Working on the inside, he noticed that too many phone calls, many from urgent or loyal customers, went unanswered, and those leads silently disappeared into the arms of competitors. Worse, the few that were answered absorbed precious CSR time on "just shopping" inquiries, leaving the team blind to high-value opportunities that needed immediate attention.
